The conversion of the 15 level office building into Residential Apartments. This involves retaining levels 5 and 6 as office tenancies, and endeavours to gain Council approval to add three more levels to the building which will result in levels 7-18 containing residential apartments. As part of the Master Plan, the existing plaza space will be considered as the potential site for walk up two level villa/terrace home residential accommodation. It is proposed to retain all existing car parking on the site.
Budget –the total project Budget for the conversion of the office building (levels 7-18) to apartments is estimated to be in the order of $24,000,000.00.
